To whom it may concern, I am pleased to be able to write this letter of recommendation for Margo Cristophilis.
We have just recently closed a tremendously long and complicated short sale process where we were the buyers of the property involved in the transaction and Margo was the agent for the seller.

Although Margo was representing the sellers and not us (the buyers) therefore having no obligations towards us, she consistently proved devotion, passion and tenacity by keeping a dedicated close watch on all pieces of the transaction and generously offering her help whenever it was possible. Margo’s assistance in this process extended from setting up a solid communication in between all parties and stretched all the way to helping our bank complete the loan paperwork in a timely manner.

Commendable is also the fact that, like mentioned above, while having no direct commitments to us, she generously offered a part of her personal commission towards the closing costs which we had to pay at the closing of the deal.
