Dear Margo,

We are writing this letter so that you can share it with your colleagues, supervisors and clients and also to THANK YOU for the amazing experience we had buying our home with you!  You helped us find, purchase and close on our dream home in 27 days!!!!

When my husband, Dan, and I attended the Homebuyer Education Seminar, hosted by Laurie Dennison of Eagle Home Mortgage and yourself, the thought of owning our dream home was just that – a dream.  You and Laurie both explained the many aspects of purchasing a home and it was presented in a very understandable fashion.  You answered a lot of our questions and made us feel confident in taking the next step.

We met with Laurie and got pre-qualified so that we knew what we could afford.  Laurie was really easy to work with and she made the process very easy for us.  We could not believe it when a day later, you were calling and offering to make time in your already packed schedule to take us to look at some homes!

We had given you a list of criteria that we were looking for in a home.  You found us several to look at that met the criteria perfectly.  It is not a wonder that the second house we walked in to was our dream home!  We really loved the fact that you took the time to listen to our wants and needs and did the work and research to find us just what we were looking for.

Throughout the rest of the process, the initial offer, counter-offers, inspections, appraisal, closing, you were there for us every step of the way, and truly represented our best interests.  You kept us posted on any details and or changes.  You were available for every one of our million questions.  We knew that if you did not pick up your phone when we called, that you were probably giving some other client your full attention, as you did for us, and you would call back as soon as you were free.

It is still amazing to us that we wrote our first offer on April 1^st and the transaction was closed and funded on April 27^th.  That can only be done with the best of the best, and Margo, you and your team truly are!  We will (and already have) refer you to friends, family or anyone we hear of that wants to purchase a home.
